During the 3rd QTR 2023, 679 Single-Family Home listings came on the market. This was a decrease of -12.2% from the 3rd QTR in 2022, when there were 773 new listings.

The Median Sales Price for Single-Family homes in the 3rd QTR 2023 is $287,000. This is an increase of +5.5% from the 3rd Quarter of 2022, when the Median Sales Price was $272,000.
The Average Price for Single-Family homes in the 3rd QTR 2023 is $320,347. This is an increase of +10.5% from the 3rd QTR 2022 when the Average Sales Price for Single-Family Homes was $289,894.
