Plantation Village is a small upscale townhome section in the Mallard Landing community located in the North Davidson County Area off of NC Hwy 150.  The building of the townhomes began in 2006.

Living space ranges from 1,700 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft.  Plantation Village townhomes feature an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 car garage spaces.  The community is close to shopping and entertainment in Winston Salem and High Point.

There is a Homeowner’s Association.  There are two fees required.  One is $165 paid monthly and the second fee of $220 paid annually.

It is an easy commute into Forsyth County on NC Hwy 150.
