2nd QTR 2020 Lexington Market Report

At the end of the 2nd QTR 2020, there are 244 Single-Family Homes and 2 Townhomes pending in the Lexington Real Estate Market.  Inventory at the end of June is 118 Single-Family Homes and 5 Townhomes available for sale.

The Median Sales Price for Single-Family Homes is $175,000.  This is an increase of 16.7% from 2019 when the Median Sales Price was $150,000.  The Median Sales Price for a Townhome is $249,508.  This is an increase of 5.7% from 2019.

The Average Sales Price for Single-Family Homes in Lexington is $ 198,111.  This is an increase of 13.9% from the 1st QTR 2020.  The Average Sales Price for a Townhome is $ 217,718.  This is up 2.7% from the 2nd QTR in 2019 when the Average Sales Price for a Townhome was $ 211,974.
