The Average Sales Price is 336,325 for a Single-Family Home.  This is an increase of +15.1% from the 3rd QTR in 2019 when the Average Sales Price was $292,106.  For a Townhome, the Average Sales Price is $179,736 in the 3rd QTR of 2020.  This is a decrease of -6.1% from the 3rd QTR in 2019 when the Average Sales Price was $191,418 for a Townhome.

In the 3rd QTR 2020, the Median Sales Price is $298,365 for Single-Family Homes.  This is a +11% increase from the 3rd QTR 2019 when the Median Sales Price was $268,750.  The Median Sales Price is $ 185,000 for a Townhome Listing in the 3rd QTR 2020.  This was a  decrease of -9.7% in the 3rd QTR 2019 when it was $204,900 for a Townhome property.

Analysis of the absorption rate indicates an inventory of 2.4 months for Single-Family Homes and a 1.3 months inventory for Townhouse properties.
