Megan Clement, Davidson County Real Estate Agent
Of all the decisions you will make when you are buying and selling a home, there is none more important than the person you choose to represent you in the transaction. The relationship between client and Realtor is a brief, deeply personal one. You must trust your representative to handle your transaction as if it were their own.
I am a real estate broker associated with Keller Williams Realty in the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. My clients include both buyers and sellers. Being a Davidson County resident, I specialize in the small towns of Lexington, Thomasville, Denton, and the North Davidson Area of the county, including those areas of Clemmons, High Point, and Winston Salem. I especially enjoy working with relocating buyers because I like to show off my new home state and what Davidson County has to offer them.
Education and Background
In Maryland, I worked in the fields of education, law, and management. I graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education. I also completed a Master Degree in Business Administration from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
Before relocating to North Carolina, I owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning company servicing three Maryland counties. While managing my Maryland company, I gained valuable insights working with clients and solving problems. That experience has served me well in my real estate career.
After receiving my real estate license, I worked with several small firms in the Lexington area that specialized in lakefront homes on High Rock Lake. To further my real estate expertise, during this period, I earned my GRI certification, ABR and E-Pro certificates. In 2008, I joined Keller Williams Realty because of the training programs and agent-centric culture. My website has become a top consumer resource for buyers and sellers in the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina.
